1. Our commitment

Fortitude Guard Network is committed to dignity, fairness, and inclusion for every person we serve, employ, partner with, and encounter. We believe that communities are strongest when every individual is welcomed, respected, and given equal opportunity to participate and thrive.

2. Equal opportunity

Fortitude Guard Network provides equal opportunity to all applicants, volunteers, staff, partners, and vendors regardless of race, color, religion, creed, sex, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, ancestry, age, disability, marital status, military or veteran status, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. All decisions related to participation, employment, partnership, and advancement will be made based on merit, qualifications, and organizational needs.

3. Nondiscrimination in services and partnerships

We do not discriminate in the delivery of services, the selection of partners, the engagement of volunteers, or the provision of assistance. We are committed to serving people and communities with compassion and without preference or exclusion based on personal background or belief. We support faith-based communities as partners when appropriate, but Fortitude Guard Network itself is not a faith-based organization and does not require any religious affiliation or belief to receive services, participate, volunteer, or partner with us.

4. Accessibility and reasonable accommodation

We strive to make our programs, communications, and events accessible to people with disabilities. We welcome requests for reasonable accommodations and will make good-faith efforts to provide them when feasible and consistent with our mission and resources.

5. Harassment and retaliation

Fortitude Guard Network does not tolerate harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or retaliation against any person for reporting concerns or exercising their rights. We are committed to maintaining an environment where people feel safe, respected, and heard.

6. Reporting concerns
