By accessing or using the Fortitude Guard Network website at https://fortitudeguard.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

Fortitude Guard Network is a nonprofit currently in the process of forming in the United States. The Site describes our planned mission, programs, partnerships, and launch. We are not yet fully operational, and some services, resources, or features described may not be available until we formally launch.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:

• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation.
• Infringe upon the rights of others.
• Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Site.
• Transmit harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.

When you submit an inquiry, volunteer application, partnership request, or other form through the Site, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We may use that information to respond to you and coordinate future opportunities. We do not guarantee that every submission will receive a response or result in a specific outcome.

The content, design, logos, text, images, and other materials on the Site are owned by or licensed to Fortitude Guard Network and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view, download, and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including FateGuard, Inc. and Alternative Eye Productions. These links are provided for convenience and informational purposes. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party websites. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their respective terms and policies.

The information on the Site is for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, medical, mental health, financial, or other professional advice. The Site also provides links to national resources and hotlines for informational purposes only.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site will not exceed the amount you paid us to use the Site, which is zero unless you made a voluntary donation.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fortitude Guard Network and its founders, volunteers, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Fortitude Guard Network is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
